Quality Management

The Quality Management System operated by DP Engineering meets the requirements of both ISO 9001:2008 and AS/EN9100 rev C. The Company diligently comply and maintain relevant operations to these standards through a continual development programme in all areas of activity.

The commitment to quality is based on effective and consistent implementation of all operational systems to reflect customer and business requirements - resulting in continued customer satisfaction.

Defined in the Company ‘Quality Manual’, the aim is to provide ‘correct, defect free manufactured products, on time and within budget’. Internal training and communication with all staff of the importance of the production quality is a key factor to our maintaining high quality output. On-going monitoring of performance criteria helps ensure these aims are adhered to, and through regular review processes we measure the relevance and effectiveness of our QMS.
